Experience Miso making, a seasoning that can be called the soul of the Japanese people, using soybeans, koji, and salt♪

【体験内容】

豆は既に茹でておきますので、参加者の方は

・大豆を潰す

・麹と塩を混ぜる

・潰した大豆と麹と塩を混ぜ合わせる

・容器にぎゅーぎゅーに詰める

・数ヶ月放置する

 

※所要時間約60-90 分

※お一人様約1kg

※お持ち帰りご希望の方は、有料にて（樽代含む）お持ち帰り頂けます。

The beans will already be boiled, so you can

・Crush soybeans

・Mix koji and salt

・Mix crushed soybeans, koji, and salt.

・Fill tightly into containers

・Leave it for several months
